Personal Service

We aim to provide a personal service, to inspect properties promptly and to submit comprehensive, easy-to-read, individual, value-for-money survey reports and to give friendly follow up advice.

Flexibility

We can carry out ISA HomeSurveys on most younger houses, bungalows and flats, more detailed Building Surveys on properties that are older or have been extensively altered or extended, or Limited Inspections to discuss specific defects. We also carry out formal Valuations for all purposes. SAVA Accredited Surveyors and Valuers

SAVA Accredited Surveyors and Valuers have been through a comprehensive assessment process, undertaking written assessment and providing samples of their work to satisfy SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation) that they have adequate experience. They also undertake regular training to keep their knowledge up to date.
